RETURNS & REFUNDS
Extensive care is taken to prepare your items for safe shipping to you. We do, however, refund items that are damaged during the shipping process.
If you have received a damaged item, please take a picture of the item and email us at info@candlelitcottage.com. Please add DAMAGED CANDLE to the subject line of your email. You must include a picture of the damaged item to be eligible for a refund. All claims must be made within 2 days of the receipt of your product.
We do not offer refunds or accept returns of candles that have been burned.
